Cancellation & Refund Policy
REGISTRATION
Cancellations received by 12:00 noon CET on Tuesday 1 October 2024 will incur a 195 EUR handling fee per
registrant for administrative costs. Any credit card fees will be deducted. Cancellation notification needs to
be received in writing. The remaining amount will be refunded.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after this date.
Refunds will not be given for no-shows at the Conference. Substitute registration will be accepted.

HOTEL ROOM
Hotel room reservations need to be cancelled directly with VAN DER VALK HOTEL VENLO.
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 1 month prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after this time, the following rates will be charged as cancellation costs:
• 50% of the Reservation Value for a cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
• 85% of the reservation value for a cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
• 100% of the reservation value if cancelled within 5 days before arrival

Health & Safety
The Conference will be held according to current COVID-19 regulations in the Netherlands.
Notice: If COVID-19 regulations or other events beyond IGI’s control prevent IGI from holding the event, IGI cannot be held liable for the cancellation and related costs incurred by participants. It is advisable that participants take adequate insurance cover.
Image and Voice
By attending IGI events, you agree that your image or voice may be captured in photos, videos, or recordings for IGI's promotional and educational use, now or in the future.
