Cancellation and Refund Policy

Event registration cancellations received by 12:00 noon CET on Monday 16 March 2026 will incur a 195 EUR handling fee per registrant for administrative costs. Any credit card fees will be deducted. Cancellation notification needs to be received in writing. The remaining amount will be refunded.

No refunds will be granted for cancellation received after this date.

Refunds will not be given for no-shows at the Conference. Substitute registration will be accepted.

Hotel room reservations need to be cancelled directly with Las Arenas Balneario Resort according to the applying cancellation policy.

 

Image and voice

The events are a public space where photos, audio recording and videos are taken regularly where attendees may appear. Registration and attendance at or participation in IGI events and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IGI’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, or audiotapes of such, for promotional and educational purposes.
