List of Participants Opt-in (event mobile application)

 

I understand and provide my explicit consent to share my personal data with other participants of this event through the List of Participants and contact features of the event mobile application. Please note that your consent is needed if you want to use all networking functions of the event app.

Before you proceed to share your personal data with other participants of this event, we kindly request you to carefully read the following statement and provide your explicit consent as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

Purpose of data sharing: A part of the personal data you provide during the registration process will be shared (read and download) with other registered participants to foster collaboration and networking during and after the event.

Personal data shared: The personal data shared is defined by default by IGI and includes : full name, job title, company name, country, and if you filled them in at registration/app sign in: biography and social media links. 

Withdrawal of consent: You have the right to modify or withdraw your consent at any time. If you choose to withdraw your consent, your personal data will be removed from the list, but keep in mind that some participants may have already accessed your contact details.
Data retention: Your personal data will remain available to other participants of this event until you withdraw your consent, or when the event is put offline by IGI.
